De Smet Trading Company is located in the small town of De Smet, South Dakota. Since we opened our doors in 2016, we’ve become a popular destination for locals, tourists, and people just passing through.
Our shop is inspired by rustic, farmhouse style and old-fashioned, country charm. In addition to new items, including handcrafted merchandise made by local artisans, we also carry a variety of antiques and vintage – furniture, jewelry, home decor, ironstone, metalware, and so much more. We love genuine, old pieces that are beautiful, functional, and often intriguing.
